Reimagining a global network for women to connect, grow and lead

Wire is a networking, training, mentoring, and events organisation for women in data, insights and analytics, with a focus on professional and personal development.

Set up in 2007 as an informal network in LA, Wire’s community has grown to over 17,000 members worldwide. After almost 20 years growth Wire needed a brand refresh and a new website to bring content, programmes and community together into one clear and accessible platform.

The new brand positioning rearticulates Wire’s purpose: to champion diversity in data, insights and analytics. They do this by equipping women with the tools to develop professionally, build confidence and connections, and stay inspired. The line ‘Strength in Numbers’ is rooted in both the scale of Wire’s community and the industries its members work within, speaking to the collective power of connection and shared progress.

The identity system is designed to be as vibrant and dynamic as the community itself. A flexible ‘W’ symbol represents networks of people and data, flexing into a modular graphic device that introduces rhythm, movement and progression across applications Photography centres on the community — from portraits of empowered individuals to collective moments of connection.

The result is a brand and platform that reflect Wire’s ambition and support its next phase of growth, helping more women to connect, grow and lead.
