What we did
Sharp Services is a global leader in pharmaceutical packaging, sterile manufacturing and clinical trial supply services, based in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Wales and the Netherlands.
Sharp approached Zero-G initially to work on a new culture framework for the group, following a recent acquisition. This work was soon followed by an identity refresh to better align with their vision to be a leading partner to bio/pharma in the delivery of clinical and commercial services to improve patient lives.
The ambition for the brand refresh was to inject lightness, energy and precision into Sharp’s identity. This was achieved by brightening the blues, dialling up white, drawing an icon set that could be scaled up into technical illustrations, and creating dynamic 3D images that referenced the liquids and powders handled every day by Sharp.
Our work on culture took us to the USA and The Netherlands to get a real feel for the places, technologies and teams that define Sharp.
We then developed a new culture framework including Values and Management Commitments, and built a roll-out toolkit to engage the full organisation with the new culture.
